To change or return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. To do this you must notify by email to info@yanshuang.es, indicating the order number (you can find this information in "My account> Order history"). As soon as we confirm the arrival of the product we will proceed to refund by the same payment methods (PAYPAL, payment by card, etc.)

If the purchased product on the web is sold out, you will be offered the possibility to exchange it for a similar one, wait for us to receive the same model or cancel the order. Once the product is received again in our offices, we will proceed to return the money or send the replacement product in case of change.
